This App provides independently created educational and technical information.

The App is not an official publication of any standards authority and does not replace purchase, review, or consultation of official standards documentation where legally required.

Users requiring official standards documentation should obtain such documentation directly from the authorized standards publisher.

Access to certain features, content libraries, premium technical resources, compliance tools, calculators, training modules, artificial intelligence features, or other advanced functionality within PlumbSANS may require an active paid subscription.

Subscriptions are provided on a recurring month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

By subscribing, the user agrees to pay the applicable subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees may be changed at any time, subject to prior notice being provided through the App or associated communication channels.

Continued use of the subscription service after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing structure.

All subscriptions operate on an automatically recurring monthly billing cycle.

By purchasing a subscription, the user authorizes PlumbSANS or its payment service providers to automatically charge the selected payment method every month on the recurring billing date.

Subscription access remains active only while payment is successfully processed.

If payment fails, access to subscription-based services may be suspended immediately until payment is successfully completed.

The Company reserves the right to retry failed payments where permitted by the payment provider.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management section within the App or through the platform used to purchase the subscription.

Cancellation requests may also be submitted directly to PlumbSANS using the official support contact details provided within the App.

Cancellation will stop future recurring billing only.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current active billing period.

Users will retain access to subscription services until the end of the already paid billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Partial monthly usage
• Failure to use the subscription after purchase
• User misunderstanding of app functionality
• Subscription cancellation after billing has already occurred
• Device compatibility issues outside published system requirements
• Failure by the user to cancel before the next billing cycle

Refund requests may be reviewed solely at the discretion of PlumbSANS.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user access where a user:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Attempts unauthorized copying or redistribution of proprietary content
• Uses the platform unlawfully
• Attempts to bypass subscription systems or payment systems
• Engages in abuse of platform services
• Uses automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract protected content

Subscription fees already paid may be forfeited where termination results from user misconduct.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, expand, or remove subscription plans at any time.

The Company may introduce additional pricing tiers, premium features, or revised subscription structures in the future.

Where a subscription service is discontinued, users will retain access only until the end of their already paid billing period unless otherwise communicated.

The user is solely responsible for managing their subscription status and ensuring cancellation is completed before the next recurring billing date.

Failure to cancel prior to the next billing cycle will result in automatic renewal and additional subscription charges.

The Company shall not be responsible for missed cancellation deadlines caused by:

• User oversight
• Incorrect account information
• Payment platform processing delays
• Failure to follow cancellation procedures correctly
